Round Hill

The Round Hill planned unit development (PUD) is a 130-acre site located in the Town of Orange, VA along historic route US 15. Galvin Architects with Gate Pratt ( Limehouse Architects) designed a site plan reflective of the area’s historic lot, street, block and building form patterns. Ms. Galvin with technical and engineering support provided by the Cox Company, and graphic support provided by Wassenaar Associates, crafted a “Form-Based Code” as required by the Town’s PUD ordinance. It was adopted and the plan is now under construction.
