Deseret Ranch, Florida

The Sungrove Transit Oriented Development (TOD) project, located within Deseret Ranch, Fl was a proposal for a 500-600 acre, planned community focused on a Bus Rapid Transit station at its core. The design of the TOD’s center area was inspired by Frederick L. Olmstead’s, “Forest Hill Gardens” in NY. Site designs and illustrations were produced by Ms. Galvin, then the lead architect for the Renaissance Planning Group (RPG).
