The City of Maitland, FL contracted with the Renaissance Planning Group (RPG) to develop an integrated approach to transit and land use design, planning and development, when redeveloping the Maitland Office Park into a pedestrian-oriented, transit-ready, mixed use center. Ms. Galvin, as RPG’s lead architect on this retrofit project, oversaw the redesign and production of conceptual site plans (with a station area, tied to a proposed state-wide light rail system,) street perspectives and 3-dimensional studies depicting the Maitland Office Park, “before and after” transit investments.
